2018 Hedgerow HOA Dues

Hello Hedgerow,

Please be aware that there has been a delay by the vendor with the mailing of the Hedgerow HOA Dues Statements.  The statements will be mailed this month.  Dues continue to be $695 and are still due by March 1, 2018.

Please be sure to pay no later than March 1 in order to avoid any late fees.  If you wish to pay online, go to http://www.cmacommunities.com.

Homeowners Meeting December 6

Please be aware that the homeowners meeting at Simpson Middle School on December 6 will be held at the Media Center instead of the auditorium where it has been held before. Signs will be posted.

Common Courtesy Request

Hello Hedgerow, the board has received several complaints about children going into yards that are not their own and destroying the grass and stepping all over bushes and flowers. The majority of complaints come from Hedgerow 5 homeowners. Homeowners have requested that the board post about this in order to request that parents please tell their children to stay out of other people’s properties unless invited.

New Election Details

Dear Hedgerow Neighbors,

Due to several errors during the last Annual Homeowners Association meeting elections, we have found it necessary to have another Homeowners meeting and election.

Through this communication I am requesting volunteers that will form a Nominating Committee. We need at least three persons to be part of the Nominating Committee. We would like if possible if we had one person from each Hedgerow, but at least three members are needed. Each committee member cannot be related to any current board members or belong to the same household. In addition, Nominating Committee members can also not be related to anyone they are nominating.

The purpose of this Nominating Committee is for its members to seek homeowners that would like to be on the HHOA Board. The Nominating Committee can also nominate existing Board members. This position is a one-year position but as I mentioned before it’s sole purpose is to nominate home owners for the Board. If you are interested in being part of the Nominating Committee please send an email by Friday, October 27, 2017, to contacthhoa@gmail.com .

In addition to the Nominating Committee nominees, individuals that would like to be nominated can do so on the floor at the meeting. Information will be forthcoming regarding the rescheduled meeting in the near future.
